The service user judges are integral in the selection of the finalists and winners, and are always a welcome support to our head judges to help discuss all the nominations and decide on the top 5 for their category.
This year the judging day will take place at Leonardo Hotel, King St, Derby DE1 3DB on Thursday 25th July 2024.
Judges will be required to attend from 11:00am and the exact schedule of the day will be shared with successful applicants. We are asking interested service users / residents to fill out the below application/s.
This should be sent to [email protected] by a member of staff, along with details of the applicants initials, current ward/service name and the number of staff that would be required to accompany them on the day. All judges must be supported by a member of staff.
Places are limited and applications will be reviewed following the deadline on Wednesday 26th June and successful applicants will be notified by 5th of July. Judges will be invited to the awards ceremony on Tuesday 24th of September.
